We play it with gut 1 chugging on a staccatto-ey kinda B(vii) chord, throwing in the 7ths just like on the CD. It just gives it a "funkier" feel..

Then both guitars play a small chorus again like gut 2's original part, and then go into that mammoth solo!

Brad Whitford plays the first part of the solo, while Joe Perry plays this rythym bit directly after Steven's last "goin' down~~~~" at 1min.28: Perry doesn't start soloing until the ascending riff listed further below.

Play this entire section 3.5 times then hit an E5 chug w/Gut1 for a bit before Gut2 drops out entirely. Gut 1 picks up with this ascending riff that makes up the rythym for the rest of the solo. Make sure you ad-lib heaps, throw in lots of Low E slides!

If you listen, there is also an occasional rythmic change, that's just Brad playing an open D5/A. The lead-in back to the chorus is just A5 followed by D5/A

I'm not gonna tab the solos note-for-note coz that's not the way I do it. As a guide, though try stay between frets 12 and 15 and just feel the music, baby!! It's a great song to ad-lib over though, so just go for it.

All other areas are fairly straightforward, beware of the outro though, in parts it uses a full B5 - A5 - D5/A chorus style voicing, but this gradually drops out toward the end.

Now you can play one of Aerosmith's best rockers!!
