This characteristically apartment is located in one of the historically oldest streets of Florence. Situated in the centre of Florence you can reach the railway station in a few minutes by foot or simply walk around the Piazza della Repubblica. Near by in the Via Porcellana you will find the well known restaurants called "Tredici Gobbi" & "Sostanza" where you may want to indulge one of the best "Bistecca Fiorentina" and other Tuscan specialities. The flat consists of about 40 square meters and is located on the first floor of a typical Palazzo of the 16th century. Along the hall way you will find the bedroom with a wardrobe built into the wall, the dining room and kitchen, the bathroom decorated with true marble from Carrara and from a small balcony you can look down to the inner courtyard. 

Die charakteristische Wohnung befindet sich in einer der geschichtlich ältesten Straßen von Florenz. Zentral gelegen kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß den Bahnhof erreichen oder direkt zum Zentrum der Piazza della Repubblica gelangen. Ganz in der Nähe liegt die Via Porcellana mit ihren beliebten Restaurants in denen man sich von kulinarischen und typischen Köstlichkeiten der Toskana verführen lassen kann. Das bekannteste Restaurant trägt den Namen " Tredici Gobbi " in dem man einer der Besten "Bistecca Fiorentina" genießen kann. Die Wohnung verfügt über 40 m2 Wohnraum und befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines typischen Palazzo aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Entlang des Korridors befindet das Schlafzimmer mit einem in die Wand eingebautem Kleiderschrank, das Esszimmer mit Küche, das Badezimmer welches mit reinem Marmor die Carrara verziert ist und zum Schluß eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hof. Auch für die geringfügige Größe des Wohnraums ist alles sehr liebenswürdig und gemütlich eingerichtet.
