Il quarto volume della serie "Dependence - Next Level Electronics" focalizza la sua attenzione ancora una volta su tutto il meglio della scena alternativa elettronica mondiale. E' possibile infatti ascoltare oltre che pezzi inediti di Front Line Assembly e Decoded Feedback anche remix di ottima fattura forse su tutti "Is it so hard?" dei Mesh remixato dagli Iris. Tutta la raccolta si presenta tuttavia nel suo insieme molto solita e come sempre offre un ottimo "spaccato" di quanto è viva la scena alternativa elettronica.
