Message: Introduction: Spatial activities.
Investments in the spatial field and their
strategic importance: to have the exclusive or the
preview of a new spatial propulsion system, means
to have the political and military primacy for all
the years to come. So, to invest in this project
in its first stages of study is increased at such
a point that it occupies all my working and extra
activity and that it involves trusts such as ESA
ESRIN from Frascati Alenia Spazio, ASI the Russian
cosmonaut Anatoly Solovyov, Ernesto Vellerani.
The spatial activity has already contributed in
the past (an important example with the fuel cells
missions Apollo) to the economic development of
humanity but in the future it will be able to play
an even more important role if the knowledge of
its possibilities will increase. The more people
will know the benefits and open possibilities of
spatial activities, the more they will become an
integral part of new planets colonization of every
government. This workbook will try to contribute
in that sense. Its aim: the book will explain:
The art of spatial activities and measures and
experiments executed in the earth in relation with
magnetic and gravitational anomaly. The basic
relationships and principles of antigravity
theory. Practical applications, no more
prototypes but commercial engines, based on the
antigravity theory. Its method: the book is
divided into 10 chapters, in each one will be
described a specific chapter and it will be showed
a link ( internet ) where one will be able to see
the work news and updating in real time.
Study subject: this is a single book but it links
with several books which you'll find in the link
bibliography. Language: Italian language but
with automatic translation into English. We
come now to all that could give support to
antigravity theory. The results of magnetosphere
Specification Model (MsM) show that the energy
flow of electrons and ions saw in real time in the
image of 16/05/2000 published on
http://sec.noaa.gov/msm/index.html give us an
accumulation of 6.0 log 10 [flux (#keV$^ [-1]$, cm
$^ [-2] $ sr$^ [-1] and sec$^ [-1] $)] in the
coordinate zone Xgsm(re) -5 and Ygsm(re) -5. This
confirms the theory that there is an energy
emission under form of electrons and ions from
earth towards the ring. This phenomenon happens
on impulses. At this moment (4/2000 e 5/2000) we
are at the maximum of terrestrial activity. So
the solar wind is disguised and disturbed from
terrestrial activity, we see that from the fact
that in the zones Xgsm(re) -6 and Ygsm (re) -5 of
the graphic there are anomalies and interferences.
Conclusions: only identifying the mechanism that
governs this phenomenon we just described can
unify the 4 basic forces. The new force we try to
describe will be named +gravit|'a (antigravity).
Chapter one: Egypt and first mission. Mission
cost: 500.000 + 700.000 liras (life cost ½ the
European one) The experience in Egypt lasted only

videotape of the measures is also present. The
place where I made the first measures was the land
near to Cairo, about 30 km. to calibrate the
instruments, in any case we had no relevant
measures. Then I went in Giza valley in Cairo and
I made measures about the state of fields in
Cheope pyramid and around the Sphinx. The results
were surprising as the indicators gave very high
values. Above all in the posterior part of the
Sphinx's tail. I think that in the part where the
wood boat, which had to take the pharaoh, was
discovered, there is an American laboratory. I
think they established a basis because Americans
have so much news about the variable
electromagnetic field in that world zone (the same
thing they did in other parts of the world). The
surprising fact is that a wire under our feet
could alter the value, as the electromagnetic
detector seemed crazy for the radiations sent out.
The produced documentation is in videotape.
Chapter two: Bermuda, the second mission Mission
cost: 1.350.000 + 700.000 liras (life cost 3 times
the European one). The place were I made the
first measures was my friend Gart's home, a
Bermuda College property. The sojourn was from
18/04/2000 to 4/05/2000, the solar activity at the
period was very high. During the first period no
great field variations with classical
instrumentation were found. (electromagnetic
field detector) reported values: 22/04/2000 value

the coast that begins from port San George and
makes a 30° cone towards nord-east England, it
arrives near to the nasa base, unfortunately we
didn't go to do measures where there were
anomalies indicated by Biological Research
Institute (Rod, oceanography researcher) because
the captain couldn't, due to the rules for fishing
in the zone. We saw a strange thing, a boat
having a very low prow and a very high poop, as it
was downed by a weight. Abaft this boat was a
modern yacht. ** in the bottom there is a boat,
we have to indicate the model and company and why
it was passing there. *** in the near to the
radar station, I brought myself very near to the

interpretation; at a first moment which goes from
19/04/2000 to Saturday 29/04/2000 all was under
control, with normal values but the during
Saturday 29/04/2000 night there was an atmospheric
storm with lightings and thunders. At first I
thought that it was an accumulation of
electrostatic charge, but the phenomenon should
have been decreasing, while the values didn't
confirm this hypothesis; in effect, during the
following days, the values were ever high: I
understood that the values were not right for an
accumulation of electricity in the air. It's
important to notice that on the water all the
values confirm the absolute absence of high
values, as if the water were a barrier. In
addition to the electric instrument I brought also
a whirl. At certain moments the combination values
were = to 0, hanging the turning part on the air.
So the whirl had the possibility of turning with a
maximum friction coefficient. We observed that
in Italy (early February an March) this whirl
couldn't turn for a long time (1/3 minutes), with
a little impulse it stopped after some seconds
(20-40 sec). The surprise was great when the same
experiment was made here at Bermuda and the whirl
turned as if there were less friction or as if the
whirl axis were changed (lifted or lowered). So we
had results different from the components
different from 0 which supported the rotation
movement for long minutes. These experiments were
made at the home in the zone of Storniton Beack
and under the lee of the sea on platform without
movement and vibrations. Important were the
contacts with the biological research station as I
could interview some people who confirmed my
hypothesis about "electric/communication
electromagnetic" problems of the electric copper
wires. They had problems of high-voltage in the
zone of Sargassi sea. Another important fact is
that of the spatial research station cable
wirless, a satellite receiving station. From what
the communication technical saw me, there are no
important variations. (at a maximum of 0.1). It's
important to notice that on the island and above
all in the airport nobody knows nothing and so
nothing can be said about eventual anomalies of
the values. The communication technical saw that
many people and scientists studied the
electromagnetic problems in the north-western
zone. No informations even from the nasa, on the
island total connivance reigns. Nobody wants to
know nothing and nobody wants to speak; this is a
very strange behaviour. Chapter three: coming
back to Rome. The results were surprising as the
indicators values were very high. The indicator
sound, too, was very high, 6/05/2000 h.10-12 value
8.9 in my house garden, via Corinto 55. Chapter
four: Creation of a microprototype at assisted
rising from fields B/E produced by inductance from
the high voltage wire. The vehicle will travel at
a distance of about 30 cm. Along the high voltage
lines of ENEL. It will make use of 2 components
for his rising: the air friction and the
propulsive strength of his engine. We have to
look now for the kind of engines which can be
useful for the vehicle propulsion. We thought to
a plasma engine (that is to say, a bull in which
there is a mixture of plasma). I don't know how
the inaction of the beginning input could be
conserved. Following this theory, in the
atmosphere's high zones (I can say this because
the phenomenon is present in the low zones) there
should be a concentration field, so sufficient
energy to conserve at least 70% (this is my
hypothesis) of the inaction which we need to
conserve the plasma rotation, which should give
the supporting push. The supporting push should
be in function to the air density, as the more
friction there is, the more problem we have for a
flight towards the space. The push which should
maintain the flying prototype should be given by 2
concentric rings, having inside 2 opposing plasma
fluxes giving for the principle of (X). The
model of spatial vehicle can be composed by the
following components: see scheme: 1) container
for organic material. 2) Central axle were the
rotation bars were fixed 3) Rotation bars which
turn under action of external field 4) Rotation
bars which are completely free from the structure
and one from another 5) The energetic funnel
which lead the flux E/B. It's placed following the
coordinates of the object's walking
6) coordinates of the object's walking are
obtained from the interpolation of the values from
earth about the field anomalies and the solar
flux. The aim is that of linking together the
lines force of the external field with the
artificial ones of paramagnetic elements (these
elements should have the rare capacity of
absorbing and distribute the current). This type
of element has been found in China. The next
mission will be on the Easter island and then to
keep these materials in China. Chapter five:
Consideration about the effects of antigravity
theory; I expect to find variations even little in
the terrestrial rotation of the edge respect the
axis, in an occasional but periodical way. These
rotation and variation settlement of the edge are
independent from other planets' rotation and
gravitational activities or from natural
phenomenon such as earthquakes or underground
settlements. These are only hypothesis, for the
moment they are not supported by any concrete
facts. My task will be that of being up to date
in real time about the last facts. Chapter six:
About the possible applications of this theory.
It's the defence from meteorites swarms of the
spatial station. There are no system defending
from a so large station of meteorites swarms. The
only way should be that of put a double slat (2
parallel nets as the scheme "prova ansys"
suggests). As in the pelota game the ball is
catapulted, so the meteors swarm is deflected by
the double slat. The perpendicular filament in
the slat firstly captures each meteors fragment
which passes by. Chapter seven:
CONDRULE
formation: they are little siliceous balls melt
before of being imprisoned in the condrule
meteors. The condrule give traces of violent
rising of the temperature (a typical phenomenon
due to antigravity explosions). They are the
result of a solar nebulous in conditions of weight
absence. This means that condrule formed
themselves for the effect of antigravity fields.
They could have formed all at the same time. Some
of them have melt with some others, this means
that the antigravity phenomenon was cyclic and in
the near of fire. The fire conservation is a
basic phenomenon to make use of antigravity fields
of planets.
