I will consider every aspect of your site, including its content and interest level. The main thing that I look for is elegance. I dislike clutter, busy, and sloppy sites. I really like a site to be neat, with an easy navigational system. Though appearance is an important factor, content is also very important. Your site must offer something to the person who visits it, whether it be of an informative nature, or entertainment etc.
