JG51 - Rules and Code of Conduct

:: Duties
All Pilots and Officers must:
1.Pilots and Officers must conduct themselves in accordance with
their rank, they must respect opponents and members of JG51, they
must conduct themselves with honor and chivalry at all times.
2.Retain respect for Chain of Command, AT ALL TIMES !
3.Spend a reasonable amount of time partecipating in JG51 events.
4.Every Pilots and Officers must be always ready and in perfect
flight condition.
5.Refrain from use cheats or hacks that increase plane capacity.
6.Refrain from attack members of JG51 or others peoples. Punished
attacks are:
-Voluntary shoot to a member of JG51 during a squadron action
or a war.
-Verbal attack on JG51 members or other peoples. If you have problems
with one JG51 member send your compliant to your superior that
he will must send the compliance to his superior, and so on untill
reach Geshwader Kommodore. Refrain in absolute to attack a JG51
member in public or private forums.
7.Refrain from shooting any aircraft that is on ground or at an
enemy or friendly pilot that had jump itself with parachute. (this
rules isn't applied if the plane is an objective for the mission)
8.Every infraction at points from 1 to 7 foreseen the immediate
expulsion or the degradation, the punishment will be decided case
for case.
9.Use JG51 designation in all JG51 correspondence and at all related
events.
10.Extended absences must be notificated at Geshwader Kommander
or at his Adjutant
:: Protocol
Officers
1. When the Geshwader Kommodore enter the room, the Senior Officer
must call the room to attention, if there's no Senior Officer
the first Pilot that see Geshwader Kommodore must call the room
to attention in this manner: 'Attention! Officer on Deck'. All
Pilots and Officers must salute the Geshwader Kommodore in this
way: S!
The same courtesy must be done to all members when they enter
in room, also if they're simple Pilots.
2. All Officers will be addressed with Sir, at the same, the Senior
Officers must say Sir to Lower Officers.
3.Courtesy and Respect must be extended to all.
General
1.The deliberate shooting of a pilot in landing will be sanctionated.
The rule is invalid if the enemy plane will rapresent a menace.
2.Don't do any action that put your wingman or others JG51 members
in risk.
3.Learn JG51 Rules, if you don't comprehend something ask to Geshwader
Kommodore.
4.Is requested active partecipation for at least 3 days at week.
:: Chain of Command
Geshwader Kommodore
The Geshwader Kommodore is the absolute commander of the Geshwader
and he command a force of about 256 planes, a Geshwader is composed
by 4 Gruppen.
A Geshwader Kommodore could have one of these ranks: Major, Oberstleutnant,
Oberst.
Kommodore Adjutant
The Kommodore Adjutant is the second in charge after the Geshwader
Kommander.
A kommodore Adjutant could have one of these ranks: Major or Oberstleutnant
Gruppe Kommandeur
The Gruppe Kommandeur command one Gruppe, a Gruppe is composed
by 4 Staffeln, one Staffel is composed by 16 planes, so the Gruppe
Kommandeur command a force of 64 planes.
A Gruppe Kommandeur could have one of these ranks: Hauptmann or
Major.
Staffelkapitan
The Staffelkapitan command one Staffel, one Staffel is composed
by 4 Schwarme, every Schwarme is composed by 4 planes, so the
Staffelkapitan command a force of 16 planes.
A Staffelkapitan could have one of these ranks: Oberleutnant or
Hauptmann.
Schwarmfuhrer
The Schwarmfuhrer command one Schwarm, one Schwarm is composed
by 2 Rotten, every Rotte is composed by 2 planes, so the Schwarmfuhrer
command a force of 4 planes.
The Schwarmfuhrer isn't necessary an Officer or a senior pilot,
who command a Schwarm is the more expert pilot.
Rottenfuhrer
The Rottenfuhrer command one Rotte, one Rotte is composed by 2
planes, one for the Rottenfuhrer the other for his Katchmarek
(wingman).
The main purpose of a Katchmarek is to protect his Rottenfuhrer
in combat.
:: Recruiting
The Geshwader Kommodore with his Adjutant will analize the flight
abilities of the new candidate and his personal motivation.
The test will consist in take offs and landings at full weight,
boom & zoom, turn combat, bombing, strafing, evading manouvers
and attacking manouvers etc. etc.
If the candidate will be accepted he will put IT (In Try) after
JG51.

:: Pilot Page
Pilot Page must contain these informations:
1.Name of your Alter Ego (possibly in German)
2.Nickname
3.Your personal aircraft marking
4.E-mail
5.ICQ Number
6.Age
7.Favorited Plane
:: Icq and Roger Wilco
Fondamental components, everyone must have them-
If you haven't a microphone don't worry, Roger Wilco work however
but you cannot transmit.
Icq must be an active number.
