Who am I? Hi, my name is Paolo Del Lungo, I am a professional violinist, I am studying to become a composer and I like opera a lot.
General disclaimer I am not responsible for any kind of damage, loss, lack of profit that may occur to you or to third parties because of what is written in this whole website.
That is, for example - but these cases are not the only covered by the above mentioned clause - if you buy a cd following my advices and you don't like it, don't blame me; or also if you write something in a class test or anything taken from my website (even if you shouldn't do that), and your teacher gives you a bad mark, don't blame me, instead mail me, telling what you think is wrong.
I am not affiliated with any kind of recording company, nor I am influenced by anyone: I wrote what you can read for the pure pleasure of saying what I like and dislike.
If you think something I wrote is in any way offensive, please let me know and I'll do what I can, but bear in mind that, even if my writing style may appear rude to you, I have the maximum respect for every people I mention: when I say, in the onrush of musical passion: "man, this suxxx!!!!", I mean: that is a little less than what I expected from him/her.
Moreover, I am only expressing personal opinions, which may not overlap perfectly with yours: that is why I am writing! otherwise, there will be no need to express one's point of view...
That said, if you think that somewhere I went too far, please let me know, I'll try to correct myself.
This site is completely free, but I have to spend money to keep it up (alas, Internet in Italy is not free...). . Contributions are greatly apreciated (contact me via e-mail).
I've also no control on which kind of pages link to my site, even if I advise a certain kind agains linking, I really can't monitor the whole net 24/7.
