All Visual Basic programs require a set of Runtime Libraries (DLLs) to work on PCs other than the one
they were created on.
If you create a Setup program for your project, it will take care of installing the runtimes on the destination system. Otherwise, you will need to install them separately on a second time.
This archive contains the Runtime Libraries for
