Un sistema rivoluzionario per progettare uno scafo a vela, sviluppato su parametri scientifici opposti alle teorie correnti, dove lo scafo potrà sviluppare Velocità Relative di 3 contro 1,6 dei migliori sailer; dove la stabilità è di origine Dinamica, le sue appendici sono due semiali fisse o a geometria variabile ed un timone che governa per "portanza". Oltre a conseguire velocità superiori, in assoluta sicurezza, questa avanguardistica concezione scientifica ha abolito l'handicap dello scarroccio e creato una tendenza a risalire nel vento, attitudini dimostrate praticamente a mare da uno sloop di m. 15.40, un ketch di m. 18 e da uno sllop con semiali a geometria variabile di m. 7.75. Ad esempio RAJ 24, pur essendo uno sloop di soli m. 7,75, ha tre paratie stagne, ha conseguito velocità di 13 nodi con 25 Kn di vento, ha navigato di bolina con una media di 5,2 Mn con venti medi di 40 Kn e conseguito un sopravento di 2 miglia in 50 miglia di cammino.
