BREATH ... everyone has to adopt a fetid odor from the mouth, or having your
mouth love, especially in conjunction with mouth infection or pharyngitis or
sinusitis. Sometimes the tonsils in their pockets are formed and exudates (or
plaque hard, yellowish-white that are ejected with the saliva and are
particularly fetid. So what? Other times, you have nothing of this, but escaping
from the mouth or a smell of apples fecaloide ranette liver or a stench. Why? We
read and we'll know ...
Bad breath is defined as the emission of breath from the mouth unpleasant,
unpleasant and offensive, sometimes even when the patient does not notice or

even walking can make halitosis, though their sweat is absorbed and released
with lung!
History.
Or ask whether the patient:
smoke?
are diabetic?
evacuating regularly?
has bad teeth? Has blood in the gums? Brush your teeth?
has a sore throat?
has reflux or acid regurgitation?
Brushing their teeth?
And 'livery? Kidney?
Cases etipatogenetiche
Intestinal obstruction and abnormalities of the hive. E 'sign halitosis in these

Stomach cancer, as late sign of cancer, feeling of fullness, nausea, distaste
for meat, anemia.
Gingivitis, that is characterized by infection of the gums that appear red and
swollen, and form necrotic ulcers-acute causes a particular bad breath for the
presence of greyish membrane.
Hepatic encephalopathy, is characterized by foetor hepaticus, an odor of breath
mice, sweet freshly cut hay, accompanied by other signs such as asterixis and
flapping tremor (patient stirs and shakes hands.)
Keto acidosis. And 'the smell of apples ranette of diabetic keto acidosis that
is characterized by dehydration of the patient, Kussmaul breathing, weight loss,
sore tongue, muscle hypertrophy, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting.
Lung abscess. Also cause a putrid stench, with fever, chills, headache, anorexia,
malaise, chest pain
Mucositis: Inflammation of the mouth that occurs in patients undergoing
chemotherapy
Sinusitis: sinusitis appears in a stench accompanied with inflammation and
infection of the skin and mucous membranes, with purulent mucus collected
frontal or maxillary sinuses and nasal drip back, fever and severe headache,
often frontal, sore throat and cough.
