A year has passed by now, but it could be yesterday or tomorrow or today, in fact some events take root in our mind and can live again, either consciously or unconsciously, almost by command, it's sufficient a particular song, a photo, a scent o anything else which touches one of our senses and everything starts again, like a fair.

It was the 10th of July, 1999, it was a city which enter in your heart as London, it was Wembley, the stadium that for the sport lovers could be described as a temple, and in that temple there was a goddess.

I'm really convinced that every person has particular emotions and feelings that only certain things or persons can light. Céline is one of these persons, who touches me and many other persons as the "sold out" of the Wembley concert has shown.

Can the second concert be an emotion greater than the first one?
Yes, it can... it's a confirmation, it means to meet again a friend, it means to give an appointment to ourselves and to a new step of our growth.

After all, it's only a concert. It's a simple event in our life, but the life is never simple, and an event like this refers to the reflections at the base of everything, and that's the life is wonderful and that in the world there are wonderful things... Céline is among them.

To see the trunk where Céline hides herself to go on the stage is incredible, to be in the dark in the Wembley Stadium wrapped by the voice of Céline and with the moon shining on you is an unforgettable sensation, the frenzy that assails you in those endless moments before the beginning of the concert is wonderful, the sadness that creeps into yourself when you realize that the concert is close to the end is something I still remember and that makes me feel alive and happy.

All this only for a concert? Of course!
All this thanks to Céline? Surely!

I remember 10th July 1999 with an immense pleasure because it was the day on which, finally, after a long waiting, I succeeded in seeing the great Céline Dion in concert.
I was living in London to study and, luckily, in that period her world tour made a stop in the British capital.

The show began around 21:00, I was so excited and I couldn't wait for her coming. Everybody thought she came from the front entrance of the stadium, but Céline, as a star, appeared directly on the stage!

Her performance was fantastic, her voice was clearness and full of feeling, and she transmitted to me wonderful sensations.
What with a song the another, she nicely entertained the audience with her speeches, remembering that her René was ill at home as well, saying that she'd like to be at his side to comfort him.

At the end of the show, I went toward the main exit of the stadium because Céline was getting out from that side; unluckily I couldn't neither ask her autograph nor talk with her because there was a lot of persons, but I took a photo in profile while she was passing with her bodyguard.

To see Céline is an unforgettable experience and I hope it will be repeated.

I was at the stadium, Scottish temple of rugby, at 17:30, and the great part of the fans was already there. At a stall, they was selling everything related to Céline, T-shirts, binoculars, cups, posters, tour programs with wonderful pictures.

The concert began at 19:15, with the performance of the supporter group, The Corrs; they have been on stage for an hour. At the end of their performance, after a brief break, was the moment of Céline who appeared at 20:30 on the stage dressing a wonderful kimono and singing "Let's talk about love", the song that names the album, six times gold record in UK

After her performance, encircled by a children choir, Céline took off the kimono, showing her true dress, a white suit, and she sang "Declaration of love".

The fans were very excited to see the singer who was running, with grit, on the heart shape and bright stage, "playing" with the musicians.

After that song, Céline said hallo to the audience and to her husband, who was following the concert by satellite, in their house in Florida.

The concert continued going along the career of the singer, from the most distant hits like "The Power of Love" and "Think Twice" to the most recent ones like "The reason" and "I'm your angel".

"To love you more", with the presence of the violinist Taro Hakase, and the funny "Treat her like a lady", single in that period, were very interesting.

Céline allowed herself a brief French entr'acte, with the wonderful performance of "S'il suffissait d'aimer", or, as she said, "If love were enough".

After the song she paid omage to the great name of the music as Sinatra, The Beatles and Eric Clapton, singing some of their hits, like the wonderful "Tears in heaven".

The most involving moment was when she sang "Love can move mountains". 
At the half of the song, Céline gave space to the choristers who began to incite the fans, and at once everybody began to shout and to support. Then Céline returned with a gray suite and at the end of the song she incited the audience to liven up a party: the psychedelic lights lighted up, a disco shining sphere came down from the top and everybody began to dance and to sing on the notes of "Staying alive".

Another wonderful moment was the ending one, when she sang the very known "My heart will go on".

When the fans were already going away, the screens suddenly lighted up with the images of "Titanic"; then a very intense light lighted up and a flautist came on stage, playing the main theme of the motion picture. All of a sudden, the prow of Titanic appeared on the stage, and upon that there was Céline dressing a wonderful white suite, with a very large skirt.
The audience was in frenzy, everybody held hands and began to sing. It's been a wonderful experience!
At the end of the song, Céline got down off the stage and passed among the fans to go behind the scenes. Everybody came closer and began to throw flowers and gifts.

It has been the nicest concert I've never seen, and halfheartedly the fans left the Murrayfield Stadium. It was 23:00.
