Il genere gotico e darkwave è composto da innumerevoli gruppi e bands di spessore musicale, uno di questi è senza alcun dubbio il gruppo inglese dei Siouxsie & the Banshees da sempre considerato come una delle bands più influenti del periodo post punk. Questa raccolta nel dettaglio rappresenta pienamente i momenti salienti della carriera musicale del gruppo costellata da hit di successo come "Cities in dust", "Israel", "Spellbound" e molte altre. Il cofanetto in versione digipack deluxe contiene inoltre oltre che un cd con alcuni interessanti remix dei loro pezzi più famosi anche un DVD video con tutti i loro principali video musicali dove è possibile apprezzare oltre le qualità muscali anche la carismatica presenza scenica della leader del gruppo Siouxsie Sioux.
