It bears a small turquoise stone and the marks of silversmith (IA) and essayer (VS) in cyrillic.
The torah pointer is used by Hebrew when Scriptures are read and has the shape of an hand with pointed forefinger.
The torah pointer was bought from an Italian dealer at an Antique Fair.
