ACTION
1 Respect 1 He/She calls the athletes by name
2 Ability 2 He/She stands in a functional place to the performance of the exercise so that the athlete is completely safe
3 Encouragement 3 He/She uses words and gestures which convey enthusiasm and good humour
4 Adequacy 4 He/She suggests movements that have difficulties in right proportion to the ability of the athlete
5 Attention, credibility 5 He/She checks quite systematically that the advices given before the performance of the exercise have been correctly understood
6 Organisation 6 He/She makes the athletes use the outfit and the available time at their best
7 Experience 7 He/She alternates properly exercise with resting pauses (in order to avoid accidents caused by fatigue)
8 Coherence 8 He/She makes verbal messages harmonise well with non-verbal ones
9 Impartiality 9 He/She shares his/her attention fairly among all the athletes
10 Humility 10 He/She takes in due consideration the suggestions or the advices given by other trainers
11 Open disposition 11 He/She is willing to listen to and solve the athlete's questions
12 Constructive control 12 When the athlete make a "mistake", he/she shows why it was done and how to avoid it
13 Positiveness 13 He/She shows approval of and confidence in what an athlete does rather than finds fault with him
14 Projection 14 At the end of the training he/she sums up what they already archived and shows briefly what they still have to do
15 Patience and perseverance 15 He/She can manage his/her self-control even in difficult, tedious and repetitive situations
