Valle Stura Cow Cheese with "Bazzùrra"
The Bazzùrra is a sort of soft polenta made just boiling fresh chestnut in water unitl tender, then cooking them in milk until they melt. Its sweet flavour combines very well with the cheese and with a "Buzzètto di Quiliàno" (white, served at 12° C/ 54° F)
