    A simple way to taste this young Goat cheese is to serve it on slices of polenta.
    Warm the slices of polenta in the oven until the cheese starts to melt, then sprinkle with a few drops of acacia honey and serve with a "Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente" (white, 12° C/ 54° F).
