Scouting, Inc., is one of the two scouting services that provides reports
on draft eligible players to league teams. Its grading system is based
on a 9-point scale, with the higher numbers representing a more advantageous
draft status. A player with a grade of 6.7 or higher is projected as a
first-round prospect. Players with scores below 5 are considered as potential
