POSITIVES: Has great technique. Aggressive. A guy that’ll hit the film room for hours, and has a great work ethic.
NEGATIVES: Lacks athletic ability and co-ordination. Undersized. Needs to
work on pass protection.
COMMENTS: Doesn’t have natural talent, but is a guy the works non stop, on
and off the field.

POSITIVES: Tough and aggressive.  Intelligent and Agile. Is a pure OG. Puts
100% in all the time. Will do anything to protect the QB. A good pass blocker, but excels in rush blocking.
NEGATIVES: Isn’t too quick on his feet. Has a few problems with his technique which all should be sorted out in the pros.
COMMENTS: A dominating player that just needs to adjust his technique to the pros and he’ll be an awesome talent

POSITIVES: Has good speed. Extreamly tough and aggressive. Has strong hands. Excels in run blocking but is a good pass blocker as well. Great upper body build. Can also play OT.
NEGATIVES: Can be heavy footed at times. May have trouble against some of
the quicker linebackers and tackles. May need to some weight in mid section, but not greatly overweight.
COMMENTS: Ward is a battler and will keep on fighting and is aggressive, a
good quality in a guard.
